Ross McGowan met 12-year-old Elliot who has a brain injury
He decided to donate his Abu Dhabi Invitational runners-up prize money to The Children’s Trust because he’d grown up near to the charity and new of it's work as the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. During a visit to the charity he had a tour around our facilities and met many of the children and staff.  Ross explained: “I’ve been meaning to support a local charity for a long time now and I’ve heard lots of positive things about The Children’s Trust. It was great to be able to pop in and see how the charity will use the money and the difference it will make to the children at the centre.”
