Diary of a Headcase

A memoir has been written by a woman with a brain injury to ease the memory loss which she now has as a result.

Faiza Siqqiqui has written Diary of a Headcase as something she can refer to so that her husband doesn't have to repeat stories to her. She hopes the book, which couples her own experience with medical information will also act as a resource to others in a similar situation. The 32-year-old's memory loss has resulted from a brain injury which she sustained following a serious car accident in 2009. Aside from memory problems the mum-of-one also has limited use of one arm.
