Changing Places awareness day 2019

96% of people said the availability of #ChangingPlaces toilets influences their decision about where they visit.

    The #CPAD2019 campaign, run by the Changing Places Consortium, is encouraging companies, tourist attractions, motorway service stations, larger supermarkets among many, many others to provide suitable toilets for anyone with a disability. With over 13.9 million people across the UK being affected by a disability, an accessible toilet can be make or break on deciding where they go for a day out. Around the UK today, people are showing their support to bring awareness to the need for more accessible toilets. Over a quarter of a million people in the UK need Changing Places toilets but there are only just over 1,000 across the UK. Find out ways you can help here.
