Celebrity Big Brother contestant’s ‘impulsive behaviour’

Gary Busey, who previously sustained a brain injury, has caused controversy among viewers and contestants.

The Oscar nominee is one of the most famous housemates on the Channel 5 reality show. However, fellow contestants and viewers have been voicing concerns over his language and behaviour. Busey sustained a brain injury in 1988 from a motorbike accident. He had to learn to walk and talk again, and in a past episode of US show Celebrity Rehab, psychiatrist Dr. Charles Sophy suspected that the injury had weakened Busey's thought and decision making 'filters', leading him to behave impulsively.
