Can keeping a journal help families?

A fascinating project in the US has seen families of people with acquired brain injury keep journals about their experiences. Freelance writer Barb Stahura established a journalling class for people with ABI and their families after her husband was injured in a motorcycle accident. Those who attend the class say the group has helped them build awareness about ABI, and given them support from peers. Read the full story here.
