Sense are putting on a free event called Shape your Future for young deafblind and multi-sensory impaired people and for those with single sensory impairments with additional needs and their families in London and the South East. Sense wants to find out what is important to you as you move from childhood to adulthood. How can we support you to live your life fully? This event is a chance to shape your future – come and have your say! The whole family is welcome! • Young people can take part in creative activities of their choice – singing, music making, arts and crafts and drama will all be on offer – as well as have their say on their future.
• Parents will be invited to attend a presentation on changes to the Children and Families Act and be consulted on future services.
• Siblings can take part in fun-filled activities too. The event is a fantastic opportunity to meet other families, try new
activities, share information and influence how Sense supports you in the future. You can find out more and book your place here.
