A child's journey after brain injury is complicated. The same for their family. Book to attend our latest event on Friday 27 November where you'll join us on the journey of finding out what acquired brain injury is really like and how what you'll learn will help you in your approach... If you provide nursing care or are involved in caring for children with an acquired brain injury, or want to improve your knowledge, this event is for you. You'll gain a greater understanding of what acquired brain injury is and its resulting effects (both emotional and physical), as well as practical strategies for caring with a child or young person both in an acute and non-acute setting. As the event charts the journey a child takes, you'll also hear from a parent about their experiences from the moment of diagnosis to living life with an acquired brain injury.

Join us on the journey.

Cost (including lunch): £60 early bird (booked before 30 September) or £75 full price. For more information, email: journey@thechildrenstrust.org.uk or telephone: 01737 365000 To book your place, visit Eventbrite.co.uk
